We are thrilled to be bringing Mini First Aid to Hitchin, led by the brilliant Anna. Anna is a qualified ICU nurse and mum of two with over 20 years of experience supporting families and caring for little ones.
As parents, we spend months preparing for birth, but we do not always think about preparing for the moments that come after. The bumps. The burns. The choking scares. The middle of the night worries.
This relaxed, family friendly workshop is designed to help you feel calm, confident and capable when it matters most.
What we will cover
• CPR for babies and children
• Choking
• Burns and bleeding
• Bumps and head injuries
• Febrile seizures
• Spotting the signs of sepsis and meningitis
This is practical, hands on learning in a supportive space where questions are encouraged and babies are very welcome.

• The full Mini First Aid workshop
• A delicious brunch
• Time to chat and connect with other local parents
The session lasts 2.5 hours, giving you plenty of time to learn, practise skills and then relax over brunch while little ones play and you build your village.
Babies under 12 months only need a ticket if they require food.
